About
Why we built Faroluma
Most small businesses are told they are “invisible online” by someone who then sells them a fix. The claim is rarely backed by data they can check, and the fix is rarely measured afterwards.
What we believe
- Visibility is measurable. Not perfectly, but well enough to make decisions — if you are honest about what each number means.
- Owners should see the evidence: the actual searches, the actual map points, the actual answers an assistant gave.
- A recommendation is only useful if you can tell, later, whether it worked.
- Uncertainty belongs in the report. “We could not measure this” is a valid result; a guess presented as a fact is not.
How we make money
Monitoring subscriptions for businesses and agencies, and optional services — fixing issues or building a new website — for owners who prefer not to do it themselves. The free check exists so you can judge the method on your own business before paying for anything.
Where we are
